Sovereign Immunity
REPEAL the "War Powers Act of 1933" and the "Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917"
Because of these TWO "ACTS" this country was placed under MARITIME LAW and therefore the "BRITISH common law" can be utilized, thus the below little known legal term ""rex non potest peccare,"" can be used by a tyrannical government to act in a manner as a MONARCH!

Sovereign immunity, or crown immunity, is a legal doctrine by which the sovereign or state cannot commit a legal wrong and is immune from civil suit or criminal prosecution. This principle is commonly expressed by the popular legal maxim "rex non potest peccare," meaning "the king can do no wrong."[1]
In constitutional monarchies the sovereign is the historical origin of the authority which creates the courts. Thus the courts had no power to compel the sovereign to be bound by the courts, as they were created by the sovereign for the protection of his or her subjects.
This is why Obama can get away with what he is doing, and most people are not even aware of this LAW. Attorneys who file a lawsuit against the government for any reason or for any group of people know this. They are just bleeding the people DRY, already knowing the outcome of the SUIT, even as they file it. CORRUPTION QUANTIFIED INDEED.
In any other instance in which an individual or group of individuals is harmed by another person or group, those individuals could seek damages. However, thanks to what is called the doctrine of sovereign immunity in the United States, the government cannot be sued unless it has waived its immunity or consented to the suit.
This principle is commonly expressed by the familiar, yet ancient and tyrannical legal maxim “rex non potest peccare,” meaning “the king can do no wrong.”

A legal doctrine is a framework, set of rules, procedural steps, or test, often established through precedent in the common law, through which judgments can be determined in a given legal case. A doctrine comes about when a judge makes a ruling where a process is outlined and applied, and allows for it to be equally applied to like cases. When enough judges make use of the process soon enough it becomes established as the de facto method of deciding like situations.
The reason I repeated the above is to get you to understand that "our government" is operating under this maxim which is a "crown" maxium. That's why NOT one attorney of any for that matter have not "hooked arms" and protested the Supreme Courts ruling of "Same Sex Marriage", they know that it is "futile" according to the "REX NON POTEST PECCARE" to attempt to sue the federal government. Since this court ruling and many other "unjust" rulings on the books have stomped into the ground true criminal justice in this country, and there's NOT a thing can be done to the Feds, for their criminal activity. The courts would have to over turn the "common law" crown "REX NON POTEST PECCARE" in order for the government to be sued. IMAGINE that! Once power is obtained only DEATH can overide the thirst for power. We are in "DEEP DOODOO" folks, and there's nothing that can be done to rectify this situation. MAY GOD HELP US!
