Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

What was it that brought about the death of Adam & Eve?
DISOBEDIENCE
Disobedience to what? Gods spoken command.
In which way did our first parents disobey? Through the “sins” (plural, not just one "SIN" as supposed) of: Idolatry, (Their own god) 1st Commandment Lust, (After the forbidden Fruit) Coveting, 1st, 2nd Commandments (Because she, Eve did NOT keep His commandments) 3rd Commandment (Because she held the Character of God in vain, when she chose to disobey) & 10th Commandment (Desired to make one wise) Appetite, (Good for food) Disbelief, 1st,2nd,3rd 4th 6th 7th 8th 9th 10th Commandments (Didn’t believe God, but believed the Serpent) Theft, 8th Commandment (That TREE as ALL the trees, belonged to God not to them, and they were forbidden to eat of it) Spiritual Fornication, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th Commandments (Committed spiritual ADULTRY against God) then LIED about it all and threw the blame back on God. (the 9th Commandment because they bore FALSE WITNESS onto God Himself.) And finally the 6th Commandment because they did NOT murder themselves, but could be guilty of the murder of their progeny after them, because of their “SIN”, had they NOT repented. They could NOT break the 5th Commandment as they had NO parents, ONLY their Creator at that time.
So the Commandments that were broken at the START were: 1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9,10.
The 4th commandment was existent but was NOT specifically broken in the act of eating the forbidden fruit, unless the eating occurred on the Sabbath and this in unclear in the narrative. But since the 4th Commandment concerns the SABBATH DAY, it can be said without a doubt that ALL the Commandments of God existed during the time of the FALL in EDEN. Way before Mt. Sinai.
DEATH BEGAN
Eze 18:20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
What is SIN? Let’s let the Bible tell us. 1 John 3:4 Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.
So was Gods LAW present in Eden in order for Eve to have transgressed it? An EMPHATIC YES!
So did Gods LAW exist BEFORE Sinai? Again: An EMPHATIC YES!
Adam and Eve in their ONE act of disobedience BROKE the LAW of God in EDEN, and it ushered in the DEATH penalty for ALL humanity.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify man’s soul and what happens to man after death.
Gen 2:7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
So the “soul” is the Body + Breath/Spirit of God, that makes the living soul, or the man. (Mankind)
Take away either the body or the breath, and man ceases to “be.”
When DEATH occurs what happens to the individual? Ecc 12:7 Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it.
So according to Gods word the “spirit” and the “breath” are synonymous. One and the same!
Both the breath/spirit along with the body make the “living SOUL” or the person. When the ABOVE occurs the first/physical DEATH is RESULT!
Center It: God is love. We will start with Revelation, which is the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Revelation is all about the Lamb and Salvation.
Know It / Mark it:
1. Revelation 1:18 eludes to the statement made by Jesus at the burning bush epiphany. Exo 3:14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.
Rev 1:18 I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death.
The Counterfiet is: Rev 17:8 The beast (SATAN) that thou sawest was, (in Heaven) and is not; (Cast down to this Earth) and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, (After the Millennium) and go into perdition: (The Lake of Fire/Destruction) and they that dwell on the earth (The resurrected “wicked” dead) shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. (This verse is describing SATAN) the COUNTERFIET!
NOTE: Even SATAN is NOT going to ESCAPE DEATH, because God has the “KEYS to both the GRAVE and DEATH.)
2. Genesis 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
(If one does NOT die, what is the opposite? No death means what? It implies ETERNAL LIFE if there is NO death. So this LIE implies IMMORTALITY! That’s where the doctrine of the immortal soul comes from, it is a LIE of SATANIC proportions, and it’s being taught throughout the entire PROSTESTANT denominations today. It’s the EXACT opposite to what God said to the EDENIC pair.)
The truth is that “man/mankind” is mortal, just as God made them. Because ONLY God is IMMORTAL. They Adam/Eve had the opportunity to have IMMORTALITY, but they disobeyed and lost their right to the “Tree of Life”, that would have granted them through the “Life giving Fruit”, the life of IMMORTALITY.
1Ti 6:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
1Ti 6:16 Who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honour and power everlasting. Amen.
So since man “dies”, and goes back to the Earth from which he came, the “spirit” goes back to God who gave it in the first place. What then happens to the person who dies?
Psalm 146:4 His breath goeth forth, he returneth to his earth; in that very day his thoughts perish. (There is NO consciousness in the grave, YOU are dead to everything that’s done under the Sun.]
Ecclesiastes 9:5,6 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.
Ecc 9:6 Also their love, and their hatred, and their envy, is now perished; neither have they any more a portion for ever in any thing that is done under the sun. (Meaning that their life has been lived according to Gods will for them, and they are NOW DEAD, and will NEVER have a chance again to live their lives over, therefore they can partake of nothing forever that is taking place in life, after they have gone.)
Ecc 9:10 Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
You will simply “sleep in the dusty grave” if you are in Jesus UNTIL He comes to Awake you from your Sleep, and take you home to be with Him. I say “sleep” because that’s how Jesus defines “the rest” of those who fall into “death” who are His, Christians, those followers of Christ.
John 11:11-14 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.
Joh 11:12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well.
Joh 11:13 Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.
Joh 11:14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
DECEPTION!
Jesus warned us of this most “menacing” SIN that would be “predominate” in the last days. As a matter of fact it was the first thing He told us to be aware of in Matthew 24.
Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?
Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
Who did He say would be deceiving His people? It is “man” allowing SATAN to work through them, that will be deceiving the people. Men in whom are the “demonic” spirits of “unbelief”, men who had rather “preach for gain” that teach “truth” for Jesus.
You see a man/woman with a seared conscience “cannot” discern the truth. He/she feels NO need of learning anything NEW, that might throw a wrench into his/her motor so to speak. He/she feels that he/she has is ALL he/she needs.
They do not study Gods word to find the truth, nor do they desire to do so. The warm the church pews every week, and rarely pick up Gods word to search for themselves what God really says. Their consciences are NOT oriented towards finding out the “truth”, and thus they live as they are “told” by the very “men” in whom Jesus warned us about.
Men preaching “deception”, preaching seminary teachings that do NOT align with Biblical truth. Yes! SEMINARIES are teaching ERROR, and the sad part is, THEY KNOW IT! But preaching “smooth” things, fills their pockets, because they tell the people what the people want to hear, thus playing party to “searing the consciences” of the people themselves.
1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, (The Apostolic Truths, what the Apostles taught and on the day they Kept) giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; (The teaching of the apostate Roman Catholic Church which was in power ecclesiastically, when Jesus was crucified.)
1Ti 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; (Training the hypocrites of those who would except the lies) having their conscience seared with a hot iron; (Excepting what they heard without verifying it by Gods Word, thus believing the lie, to the point of their conscience being unable to except truth, it then becomes “seared/hardened” against anyone who preaches the “real truth” of Gods word.)
1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry, (Catholic Celibacy) and commanding to abstain from meats, (Foods) which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. (The “truth” here concerning the “meats/foods” is the truth that God has very plainly stipulated in the book of Leviticus 11, what is acceptable and what must be rejected. Thus those who know the “truth” as stated above will know that God will NEVER bless with thanksgiving ANY unclean food that He Himself has condemned as UNCLEAN. One must know the full truth in order to understand this. God is NOT divided. He would NEVER bless under ANY circumstance with thanksgiving a “condemned” food. To believe so is to believe a “Lie”)
Num 23:19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?
Lev 11:7 And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.
Lev 11:8 Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcase shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.
Now for those who like to take 1st Timothy 4:3 or any other verse concerning eating foods to justify their eating of the swine, they are unlearned in the word of God, because they believe that, that verse says that “meats” which means foods, and because “swine” was never meant to be a food for human consumption. They believe that the verse says it’s “ok” to eat swine because God created it, and if you ask a blessing over it, it makes it “ok” to eat to ones desire. However as stated already God will NOT bless something He Himself has Condemned as UnClean.
What they “don’t see” is that for that to be true biblically, it would basically mean that God has “lied”, because He said NOT to eat it, and He does NOT change. And since we know that it’s “impossible” for God to “lie”, then who’s lying to who when they teach that it’s ok to disobey God?
Heb 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
Mal 3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.
You see the PAGANS who worshipped in the “groves” were called the “perverted ones” and they ate things which God condemned, such as mice, swine flesh etc.
Jer 3:21 A voice was heard upon the high places, weeping and supplications of the children of Israel: for they have perverted their way, and they have forgotten the LORD their God.
They were pagan “sun” worshippers in the “high places” sacrificing and eating to the “sun god” Baal. And their lot is stated here: Isa 66:17 They that sanctify themselves, and purify themselves in the gardens (also means “groves”) behind one tree in the midst, eating swine's flesh, and the abomination, [Which were clean foods offered to IDOLS] and the mouse, shall be consumed together, saith the LORD. [They "mixed" ALL kinds of "foods" in their satanic rituals]
God is NOT going to tell us in one breath NOT to eat the “swine”, and in another "breath" say if you receive it with “thanksgiving” it’s ok then. He is NOT that kind of God, however His adversary is that kind of god, and it is he who is taking the world down the primrose lane by appetite, the same way he deceived Eve by appetite, so likewise he is deceiving the world in entirety by their choices in appetite.
